Level 4 ManagementCandidates are required to undertake five mandatory units and three optional units. The mandatory units include:
Optional units cover project, change, strategic and financial management as well as recruitment, networking, equality and diversity and other areas. Candidates attend Opps workshops or one to one tutorials to build their portfolio and are provided with an experienced assessor and extensive learning materials to support their learning. Opps is a recognised provider under the "Train to Gain" programme. Full funding for level 2 NVQs may be available under this programme depending on eligibility.
