Team Leading and Management

Opps offers the level 2 National Vocational Qualification in Team Leading and the levels 3 and 4 in Management accredited by Edexcel:

Level 2 Team Leading

Candidates are required to undertake four mandatory units and two optional units. The mandatory units include:

• Manage your own resources
• Provide leadership for your team

Optional units are:

• Allocate and check work in your team
• Encourage innovation in your team
• Provide learning opportunities for your colleagues
• Resolve customer service problems
• Support customer service improvements

Level 3 Management

Candidates are required to undertake four mandatory units and two optional units. The mandatory units include:

• Manage your own resources and professional development
• Provide leadership in your area of responsibility
• Allocate and monitor the progress and quality of work in your area of responsibility

Optional units cover budgeting, managing change, customer service, equality and diversity and other areas.
