Equality and Diversity

Equality and Diversity are issues that are as important as ever. A fact that can be demonstrated by the growing amount of legislation that ensures that companies adhere to Equality and Diversity precepts. In response, Opps has developed a short, flexible course to ensure your company does not get caught out.

Learning Champions

An often bewildering array of training is available to a given organisation. Frequently the wrong type of training is delivered to the wrong people and more worthwhile training opportunities are missed. Learning Champions is a short course developed by the Learning Skills Council (LSC) and part funded by the European Social Fund allowing the coaching of staff members to gain the skills needed to properly manage training within their organisation.

Response to Redundancy

With redundancy at alarming levels, funds have been made available through the European Social Fund for select providers to deliver free workshops to the unemployed, or those at risk of redundancy, with the aim of getting them back in to work. To support this project, Opps has developed several workshops that provide the key skills needed for reemployment.
