All of the NVQs include two compulsory units:
Candidates choose a further six to nine optional units depending on the NVQ they are undertaking, for example "Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation" or "Maintain food safety when storing preparing and cooking food". |
Candidates attend Opps workshops or one to one tutorials to build their portfolio and are provided with an experienced assessor and extensive learning materials to support their learning. Opps is a recognised provider under the "Train to Gain" programme. Full funding for level 2 NVQs and part funding for level 3 NVQs may be available under this programme. Our hospitality NVQs are accredited by City and Guilds. |
We also offer NVQs in Customer Service, Team Leading, Business & Administration and Management to those working in the hospitality sector.
