Who do I contact for help in understanding one file. It's pretty easy to use , but if I make a mistake I am worried my tutor will not receave my work .

You could, e.mail to check the work has arrived etc. If you are unable to reach your tutor soon enough please contact Opps HQ on 01480 415930 and ask for Mel Scott, our operations manager who will talk you through the process.
