We deliver accredited equality and diversity training through workshops and/or a distance learning programme. Successful participants can achieve a level 2 award in Equality and Diversity - handy qualification for many.

We are considering however offering, free of charge, a web-based programme: Action on Inclusion which supports employers with the development of Equality and Diversity Action plans. This programme would only be offered to those employers who have members of their staff participating in our apprenticeship programme. I am eager to hear if employers would find this additionality to the apprenticeship scheme useful to them.
