We have been in discussions recently regarding the use of paper portfolios versus the electronic portfolio.

The electronic portfolio is a storage area where learners can upload evidence, assessors can record evidence and cross refercne, and IV's and EV's can quality assure the work remotely.

I think they are great for helping learners do bits of work when they can, but how do you feel? Is it something that would make your qualifications even easier? Or does the idea of relying on technology cause you concern?
