At the moment Opps sends letters to learners asking them if they would like their portfolio sent out. Certificates are sent to the learner unless an employer has asked for them to be sent to be given out at a celebration.

What does everyone think about us having a celebration every six months, with learners having a bite to eat and a glass of cup of something...then we can give the certificates out in a ceremony and have the portfolios available for those who want them back.

I'd really like to hear if this idea would work.

I think this is great idea! Maybe at a different location every six month too??
