Level 2 Customer ServiceDesigned for staff who interact directly with customers this NVQ includes two mandatory units and five optional units. The mandatory units are:

Level 3 Customer ServiceDesigned for those who deliver and monitor customer service and those who may be in charge of a team, this NVQ includes two mandatory units and six optional units. The mandatory units are:
Optional units are grouped into the same themes as for level 2. |
Candidates attend Opps workshops or one to one tutorials to build their portfolio and are provided with an experienced assessor and extensive learning materials to support their learning.
Opps is a recognised provider under the "Train to Gain" programme. Full funding for level 2 NVQs and part funding for level 3 NVQs may be available under this programme.
