Employability and Customer Service with Opps Training

Opps is working with a group of real stars during this current week.

Having spent time looking at the skills employers are looking for, our Employability Award learners wrote, directed and appeared in three short videos demonstrating a variety of approaches to interviewing and being interviewed. The video shown below is their take on ‘a perfect interview’.

The groups will now be undertaking an intensive course in Customer Service.  Successful participants will achieve a level 2 Certificate in Customer Service.  The Opps team has been wowed by the skills and experience this young group is demonstrating.  Their level of support for one another and their willingness to learn has bowled us over!

Catch All Customer Service Courses

Opps Training is proud to announce that it is working in partnership with community projects at the moment to provide customer service skills to those seeking employment.  The rationale behind the programme is for participants to reflect on how other people’s behaviour and their own reflects on how we feel about the products and services that are offered to us.  We feel that customer service skills can be transferred to all aspects of our life. Furthermore, the customer service course can be used  as a platform for various other courses and career paths.
